By accessing and using VoteEasy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.

VoteEasy provides tools for event organizers, nominations, online voting campaigns, and ticketed experiences. You may use the platform only for lawful and legitimate activities and only in line with these Terms and any additional platform guidelines we publish.

As a user of our service, you agree not to:

• Create or promote fake, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized events, campaigns, or nominations
• Use the service for fraud, money laundering, gambling, raffles, betting, games of chance, or any unlawful purpose
• Collect payments on behalf of another person or organization without authorization
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Attempt to probe, disable, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform or related payment systems

VoteEasy may request organizer identity details, contact information, event documentation, social links, payout details, or other supporting records to verify legitimacy, investigate suspicious activity, and meet payment-partner or legal compliance obligations. We may suspend, limit, review, or remove accounts, events, campaigns, nominations, or withdrawals that appear misleading, high-risk, prohibited, or non-compliant.

Payments for votes, nominations, and tickets are processed through supported payment partners. By using payout features, organizers agree that:

• Payouts are only available to organizers whose accounts have completed required verification checks
• VoteEasy may delay, review, reject, reverse, or hold withdrawals where additional verification, fraud review, dispute resolution, or compliance checks are required
• Mobile money payouts may be restricted to the verified phone number on the organizer account
• Processing timelines are estimates and may vary based on provider checks, transaction risk, and operational review

VoteEasy must not be used to host, promote, collect payments for, or support:

• Gambling, betting, raffles, lotteries, games of chance, prize staking, or similar activities
• Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, fake, unauthorized, or impersonation-based campaigns
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime
• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, high-yield investment schemes, or unauthorized investment promotions
• Illegal fundraising, unauthorized charity collections, or collections made on behalf of another person or organization without permission
• Adult sexual services, sexually exploitative content, or content involving minors
• Hate, harassment, threats, violent extremism, graphic violence, or activities that encourage harm
• Illegal goods or services, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit products, or stolen goods
• Content or campaigns that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law, payment-partner rules, or VoteEasy compliance review

In no event shall VoteEasy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
